We have been learning all about pace: walking, jogging, running and sprinting and that there is an occasion for each of them. We have all got better at pacing ourselves and can now run further than ever before.
Circuit Training 10.10.14
As part of our running training we have been doing some circuit training to help build up our stamina and coordination. This includes star jumps, bunny hops, speed bounces and skipping.
