"Governors have a good understanding of what the school does well and what needs to improve. They provide effective challenge and support to leaders. They visit the school frequently and ensure that they fulfil their statutory responsibilities. Staff are proud to work at the school. They value the high priority leaders place on their workload and wellbeing." |
